Payments

Instalments, deposits and pay linkswith every payment confirmed before an order moves.

Connect bKash and SSLCommerz, offer EMI by bank and month, take a deposit on a pre-order and collect the rest with a link. A payment counts only once the gateway confirms it, and the same confirmation arriving twice changes nothing.

  • bKash and SSLCommerz
  • EMI by bank and tenure
  • Deposits and pay links
  • Double-entry ledger

Every way your buyers pay, accounted for

  • 2

    gateways connected: bKash and SSLCommerz

  • 16

Bangladeshi banks ready for EMI plans

  • 4

kinds of method, from gateway to manual

  • 10%

the most a pre-order deposit asks, by default

The difference

Taking money is easy. Knowing where it is takes a system.

Without Bazuva

With Bazuva

  • The buyer pays, the gateway's page times out, and nobody knows whether the money arrived.

Bazuva asks the gateway itself before anything moves, and a payment confirmed late is still recorded.

  • EMI is promised in a chat, worked out on a calculator and checked by hand.

Plans by bank and month show 'EMI from ৳X/month' on the product page and at checkout.

  • A pre-order's balance is chased with calls and screenshots of payment receipts.

The rest is a due with a date, and a pay link goes out by itself on the day.

  • Refunds are sent by hand and remembered in nobody's books.

Each refund is a transaction on the order, by gateway or by hand with a reference, posted to the ledger.

Instalments (EMI)

Show 'EMI from ৳5,667/month' where the buyer is deciding.

Write your plans per bank and tenure, with a minimum order, the interest and who bears it. The product page shows the lowest monthly figure and opens a calculator of every bank and month. At checkout the buyer picks a bank and a tenure, and the gateway's own page cannot switch it.

  • Interest paid by the buyer, or 0 % EMI that you carry
  • A cash discount never applied to an EMI price
  • Bank names in Bangla and English
  • A tenure the gateway confirms differently is flagged

Deposits and pay links

Take part of the price now and the rest when it is ready.

A pre-order asks a deposit online and leaves the balance as a due with a date, or for cash at the door if your policy allows. On the day it falls due, the buyer is sent a link to pay it. Staff can send a pay link from any order, and a buyer whose payment failed can pay again from the order's own page.

  • Deposits as a percentage or a fixed amount
  • Capped at 10 per cent by default, as Bangladesh's guideline asks
  • Each link signed for one order and one purpose
  • Balances paid by link or in cash on delivery

Gateways

A payment counts when the gateway says so, not when a page loads.

bKash and SSLCommerz are connected with your own credentials and checked before you go live. A buyer's return to your store is only a hint: Bazuva asks the gateway for the outcome, settles it once however many times the notice arrives, and keeps the latest exchanges where you can read them.

  • A Verify button and a webhook address to copy
  • Unpaid online orders cancelled after an hour, stock returned
  • A payment the gateway flags is marked for a person to check
  • Bank transfer and manual methods beside the gateways

Refunds and the ledger

Every taka in and every taka back, in one book.

Each payment lists its transactions with the gateway's own words: payments, fees and refunds. Refund to the original method in full or in part, or record a refund made by bKash send-money or in cash with its reference. Every movement is posted to your store's double-entry ledger, with a trial balance and a statement for each account.

  • Partial refunds from a return, an edit or the order
  • Gateway fees recorded as they become known
  • Cash that couriers collect and remit, posted too
  • A double press never refunds twice

Questions about payments

Which payment gateways are connected?

bKash and SSLCommerz, each with your own merchant account. Cash on delivery, bank transfer and manual methods are built in, so any other way of paying can be recorded by hand.

Who pays the interest on EMI?

You choose for each plan. The buyer pays it as a fee shown at checkout, or you carry it and the buyer sees 0 % EMI; the interest you carry is posted as its own expense in the ledger.

What if the buyer closes the page after paying?

The payment is confirmed with the gateway, not by the buyer's return to your store, so it is recorded either way. A payment the gateway confirms late is never lost.

Can a buyer pay the balance later?

Yes. A pre-order deposit leaves a due with a date, and a pay link goes out on that day. Staff can also send a pay link from any order or draft order.

Can I refund a cash-on-delivery order?

Yes. Record the refund by hand with its bKash send-money or cash reference; it sits on the order and in the ledger like any other refund.
