Orders and team work
Every order has a person on it,and every stage of its journey a task with a due time.
Rules hand new orders to your team by turn or by workload, each stage from confirming to the delivery follow-up becomes a task, and the scan station moves parcels a QR code at a time. Draft orders, edits after placing and refunds by line live on the same record.
- Assignment rules
- A task for each stage
- Draft orders and edits
- QR codes and scanning
Team work, counted
6
stages that become tasks, from confirm to follow-up

ways a rule picks a person
5

3
statuses kept apart: order, payment, delivery
The difference
More orders should not mean more confusion.
Without Bazuva
With Bazuva
Orders land in one shared inbox, and two people call the same buyer.
Each order has one lead; the first to claim it gets it, and the second is told who did.
Nobody knows who should pack what, or which orders are running late.
Each stage is a task with a person and a due time, and late tasks are marked and emailed.
A phone order is written in a notebook and entered later, if at all.
A draft order takes the customer, products, delivery and a coupon, then completes as COD, paid or a pay link.
Packing is checked by eye against a printout.
Each unit's QR sticker is read at the pack station, and the parcel moves on when it leaves.
Assignment rules
New orders reach the right person without anyone handing them out.
Write rules with conditions on the payment method, the order's value, a tag, a prescription, a vendor or where the order came from. Each rule chooses from its own people by turn, by who leads the fewest open orders, or always the same person. Someone away or at their limit is passed over, and an order nobody can take waits in Unassigned with the reason on its timeline.
- By turn, by fewest open orders, or one fixed person
- Availability and a limit for each person
- Staff who see only the orders they are on
- Claiming from the queue, where you allow it
Tasks and workload
Confirm, pick, pack, ship, collect, follow up: each a task with a due time.
Switch on the stages you use and say when each falls due and who gets it: the lead, a rule, or nobody yet. Tasks close themselves when the work is done, so booking a shipment finishes pick and pack, and a collected payment finishes collect. My work lists what is overdue, due today and later, and the workload page shows who is carrying what.
- Your own tasks added to any order
- Late tasks marked and emailed
- Open work handed back when someone leaves the store
- Lists that update when an order changes hands
Draft orders and edits
Take an order by phone, and change one after it is placed.
A draft order finds or creates the customer, picks products or adds a custom line, sets a staff price, quotes delivery and applies a coupon. Anything missing is named with a button to fix it, and the draft completes as cash on delivery, paid, a pay link or pay later. A placed order can be edited too: add lines, remove what has not shipped, adjust delivery or the discount, preview, and settle the difference as a due or a refund.
- Drafts numbered from #D1001
- A custom line kept as a quick product
- Edits kept with what changed, before and after
- A due or a refund opened by the edit itself
Codes and the scan station
A QR code on every unit, parcel and order, and a station that reads them.
Invoices, packing slips and a sheet of stickers, one per unit, carry signed QR codes. At the scan station, choose pack, ship, deliver, return or look, and read codes with a handheld scanner, the keyboard or the device's camera. Packing counts a line a unit at a time; shipping or delivering moves the parcel, the order and the stock together.
- Invoices, slips and stickers as PDFs
- QR codes read by the camera in the browser
- A printed code read by a phone opens the right page
- Every scan recorded on the order's timeline

Questions about orders
Can a staff member see only their own orders?
Yes. Give them the permission to see assigned orders only, and their list shows the orders they lead, help on or hold a task for.
What happens if two people claim the same order?
The first one gets it. The second is told who took it, and the list updates for both.
Can I take orders by phone or chat?
Yes, as draft orders. Add the customer, the products and delivery, then complete the draft as cash on delivery, mark it paid or send a pay link.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. The scan station reads QR codes with the device's camera where the browser allows it, and a handheld scanner or the keyboard works too.
Can prescription orders be checked first?
Yes, where prescription sales are switched on for your country. The order waits for a pharmacist, who sees the file, records a call and approves or rejects it with a reason.
