Customers and reviews
Know every buyerand let the ones who bought speak for you.
Customers sign in with a code sent to their email and keep their addresses, wishlist and orders in one account. Once an order is complete they are asked for a review, and only someone who received the product can write one, so every badge on the page is true.

The difference
Buyers trust other buyers. Make sure that is who they are reading.

With Bazuva
Anyone can leave five stars, or one, without having bought anything.
A review is written by a customer who received the product, and the page marks it as a verified purchase.
Asking for reviews means messaging each buyer, when someone remembers.
A review request goes out by itself seven days after an order is completed.
The same question is asked under every post, and answered in a private chat.
Questions live on the product page with your official answer, searchable by the next buyer.
Customer details sit in a notebook and a chat history.
Each customer has a record: addresses, orders, what they spent, tags, notes and consent.
Reviews
Moderate the words. Never the stars.
A review that mentions a phone number, carries a link or uses a word from your list is held for a person to look at. A one-star verified review that passes those checks is published like a five-star one, and you answer it in public, once, as the store. Reviews can be switched off for a category or a product, such as medicines, without hiding any already written.
- Held for links, personal details or your own word list
- Publish, hold, reject, hide or restore
- One public reply from the store
- Helpful votes and reports from shoppers
Customer accounts
An account without a password to forget.
Customers sign in with a six-digit code sent to their email, or a password if you offer one. A guest who ordered can save their details with one code, and their earlier guest orders join the account. The account holds addresses in the country's own format, orders, wishlists, recently viewed products, stock alerts, reviews, questions and email preferences.
- Sign in by code, by password, or both
- Guest checkout, with accounts optional or required
- Guest orders linked once the email is proved
- A wishlist kept in the browser until sign-in
Customer records
Everything about a customer on one page.
Each record shows the customer's addresses, orders, what they have spent and refunded, their tags and the notes your team keeps, which the customer never sees. It shows whether they agreed to marketing and when, and the automations they have been through. Add customers by hand or import them from a sheet.
- Orders, spending and the first and last order
- Tags and private notes from your team
- Consent to marketing, with its date
- Segments that update as customers change
Questions and answers
Answer a question once, for every buyer after.
Signed-in shoppers ask on the product page, and your team is told by email. Answer from the queue, and the answer is marked as the store's own; the person who asked is emailed when the first answer arrives. The next buyer searches the questions before asking again, and votes on the answers that helped.

- Official answers from your team
- Your team told when a question arrives
- Held, hidden or restored like reviews

Questions about customers and reviews
Do customers need a password?
No. By default they sign in with a six-digit code sent to their email, which also proves the address. You can offer a password as well, or instead.
How do I keep fake reviews off my products?
Only a customer who received the product can review it, and the review is marked as a verified purchase. You can open reviews to everyone, but that is a setting you turn on, not the default.
Can I hide a bad review?
Reviews are held for what they say, such as a link or a phone number, never for their rating. A fair one-star review is published, and you can answer it once, in public, as the store.
What happens to a guest who orders again later?
When they save their details or sign in with the same email, their earlier guest orders join the new account, and their figures count them.
Can a customer ask for their data, or to be forgotten?
Yes. They can download their data as a file, and an erasure removes their personal details, addresses and lists. Their reviews stay, signed 'a customer'.
