Questions about the features
Are these features add-ons I pay for separately?
No feature on these pages is a plugin from another company. They are part of the platform, share one admin panel and one set of customers, orders and products, and work together from the first day.
Which of these work for a marketplace with many vendors?
All of them. A store switches from one vendor to many from its settings, and orders, stock, shipping, returns, reviews and coupons then work for each vendor, who gets a portal of their own.
Can I use only some of them?
Yes. Start with products, checkout and cash on delivery, and turn to automations, popups or the marketplace when you are ready. Nothing has to be set up before you can sell.
Do the features work in Bangla?
Yes. The storefront, the admin panel and the emails speak Bangla and English, prices can show Bengali digits, and the words of your products, pages and emails can be translated into 17 languages.
How do I bring my current store?
Products come in from a Shopify product sheet, pages from WordPress and Elementor, and customers, stock and shipping zones from CSV files, each previewed before it is saved.
